This Device allows you to read the stored Immobiliser Pin Code in the Skim Module on Immobiliser 1 (1998-2000) and Immobiliser 2 (2000-2003) Chryler, Dodge & Jeep Systems, therefore allowing key programming of these vehicles without dealer assistance.

Soldering experience is needed as you have to remove the circuit board from the skim to access the component inside the module.
